The 799 Paddock Store is run by 799 Motorsport LLC, a Michigan company in Traverse City. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Prices are in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. Stock is limited: if an item sells out after you pay, we'll refund it in full. If a price is clearly a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Stripe handles payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Your order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email.
Free local pickup in Downtown Traverse City by appointment, paddock pickup at the events listed in the cart, or $25 flat-rate shipping to the lower 48 US states (free when every item in the order is marked free shipping). Details are on returns, warranty & shipping.
All sales are final. Wrong or damaged items are replaced or refunded, cancellations before shipping or pickup are refunded in full, and manufacturer defects go through the manufacturer's warranty. See returns, warranty & shipping.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions, and the rules for storing and carrying fuel where you are. Product descriptions come from us and the manufacturer; the manufacturer's specifications are the final word.
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by Michigan law. We may update them; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies. Your information is covered by our privacy policy.
